Shawn C. Petty is a Principal Research Associate at Synergy Enterprises, Inc., where he collaborates closely with project staff to provide comprehensive support and innovative solutions in the government sector. With past leadership roles at Westat, Disney, and Target, Shawn brings corporate insights into his current educational work. He’s been a Regional Coordinator for Harris County Department of Education and a Texas ACE Project Director. Holding a B.S. in Business Management from BYU-Hawaii and a Master of Political Management from George Washington University, he is currently a Doctoral Student at Sam Houston State University.
