Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once full payment is received. Booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of materials; special lighting, electrical supplies or wifi; or any other special service ordered by exhibitor.

Exhibit Hall Hours: Exhibits shall be open from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025 and from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, February 14, 2025 and Saturday, February 15, 2025.
Set Up: Booths must be set up by 4:00 pm on February 13, 2025. Breakdown: 5:00 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2025. No exhibit or any part of an exhibit may be removed before 5:00 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2025.
Exhibit Booths are furnished with a table, chairs, wastebasket, and small signage, pipe and drape.
